I had a great experience with my windshield replacement. Scheduling was easy and done via text. It was also really convenient to have them come to my house. My technicians showed up early and were friendly and professional. The work looks great and the cost was over $100 less than a national company quote I received.

My windshield needed a replacement after the crack turned larger. I call a few places, and Pioneers said that can do it for about ~$545. I followed up with them, and called my insurance company to see if they can cover it as well. My insurance was able to cover the cost and do it themselves, however Pioneers insisted they can do the as they were already scheduled to come and fix it. They said there wouldn’t be any problems, and they will send the information needed to get a reimbursement. So we move forward, and the glass people come, they removed the windshield, and the windshield they brought with them was not the right one for my model car. Mind you they already broke the entire windshield off, and told me the charge will actually increase, and if I still wanted to move forward. I told them you already broke my entire windshield off, so do something as I can’t have a car with no front windshield. They got the wrong glass again, and after said that the other glass is more expensive and jumped the price to $975.77. So it went from $545, to ~$700, and now $975.77. My day was already all gone, windshield completely off and broke. At the end the new windshield was finally on the car

I had an amazing experience with Pioneer Auto Glass Replacement. The call center person was super nice, extremely helpful, and had such a great attitude! From the very start, it felt like they really cared. Victor and his colleague who installed the window were fantastic! They were both so friendly and professional, and you could really feel their positive energy. They did the job perfectly and made everything so easy. The whole experience with the company was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Pioneer Auto Glass to anyone who needs a quick, reliable window fix. A perfect experience overall. I’m really impressed and will definitely go back if I ever need their services again.
